This is an original press photo.
It was the "The Queen of Sheba" in 1921 that added the name of Betty Blythe to
the list of screen sirens. That strange, exotic character captured the interest
of film goers. And to carry on that siren spirit, she starred in "She" the story
of that lovely creature with evil intentions who, through magic lived to be 2000
years old. This is a late picture of Miss Blythe, taken when she appeared in
"The Gorgeous Hussy" with Joan Crawford.Photo measures 8 x 10.25inches. Photo is
dated 8-8-1939.
