This is an original press photo. Peter Finch dislikes the appellation, Ladies Man, although he has appeared opposite almost ever distaff star of note in Cinemadom. In Robert Aldrich's "The Flight of the Phoenix," the name goes by the board anyway as there are no women in the cast, with the exception of a single dream sequence briefly displaying the charms of Barrie Chase, and this is in no connection with Finch's role as a British Officer. Others in the cast are James Stewart, Richard Attenborough, Hardy Kruger, Ernest Borgnine, Dan Duryea, Christian Marquand, Gabriele Tinti, Alex Montoya, Ian Bannen and Ronald Fraser.
