Edwards Air Force Base, California, November 3 - Sister ship of crashed super bomber flies again - An XB-70A super bomber, sister ship of the plane that crashed June 8 while publicity photos were being taken, roars off the runway at Edwards Air Force Base, California, today. It was the first time the SB-70A has been aloft since the crash which killed two men. The flight was part of a research program to test human tolerance to sonic booms. Photo measures 10 x 8 inches.
