This is an original press photo. Color Cover- If our records are correct, Yvette Mimieux will observe her 18th birthday on January 8. The MCM starlet has appeared in three movies so far, which is fairly far for 18 years. Despite her French sounding name (it's her real one, by the way), she was born in Los Angeles. An irresolute sort, Yvette didn't decide on a movie career until she was 11. Yvette Mimieux (pronounced Me-me-oh) began as a fashion model Now starring in Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer's "The Time Machine", a George Pal Production.
